Tim Ogonoski

Tim has spent more than 25 years working with large-scale hospitals, clinical practices, and academic medical centers (AMCs) to improve financial performance, streamline facility and clinical practice planning, and enhance IT use and support. Tim has significant experience managing engagements related to revenue and funds flow enhancement, physician productivity improvement, and compensation planning. In addition, he has led numerous strategic planning and service line turnaround projects. Over the course of his career, Tim has identified millions of dollars in cost and productivity opportunities for multiple AMCs across the country, most recently generating a $20 million opportunity for a large pediatric AMC through the implementation of patient access and physician revenue improvements. He has also led business process outsourcing engagements for both AMCs and hospital-owned physician groups focused on consolidating IT, revenue cycle, and EHR operations to increase revenue while reducing expenses.
